Make sure you order it weeks before you really want it. My piece came in 2 separate packages, the chain first and the pendant second. The website will give you a delivery date sooner than the entire order arrives despite the production time being much longer. The final product is 5 stars but the misleading delivery dates combined with the process of getting in touch with the company for help is why it gets 4 stars.
