Suede loafer
The size runs very big normally I take 7.5 but these are way too big I need to exchange for a 7.. disappointing and the exchange is not made easy , customers are to call during business hours to get information on returning - very inconvenient for those who work . I would like to exchange for smaller size - please assist .

Beautiful well-made shoes! I wish they fit my very narrow feet. Unfortunately, I had to return them.
