Navy and White 1/2 Stripe Nylon Spandex Swimsuit Fabric

My first attempt at making a bathing suit was with this fabric. Not coincidentally but perhaps a little crazy, it was also my first time in matching a stripe pattern. The 1/2 inch stripe was a good gauge stripe to make that task easier. I chose to match seams on a 45 degree chevron pattern. It worked out great. (if you are considering something similar and its your first time be sure to add 1/2 yard extra "in case" you need to cut out another matching piece. All of the swimsuit fabric 50% 4-way and wonderful.
