I am sure that this would have been delicious, but I messed up! Reading the directions, I neglected to add the butter before mixing all ingredients and kneading. I kneading and then read "butter"! So even though I tried to fix it, the result was tasty but very dry. I am going to try again with another Malasada mix and read the directions carefully this time! I can't wait to see what a correctly made Sweetbread tastes like. Actually, I know it will be scrumptious!

Punalu'u Malasada Mix

Didn't have the active yeast pack so, made pancakes with the mix by adding more water. Pancake came out good. Kept leftover pancakes in the refrigerator and had it for several days still tasty with your desired spread. Thank you
