Super cool & super nice. Took time for my super hound to get used to the velcro & not be nervous. She loves it now & in the rain her fair is dry. So i would say water proof as well, the in side of the coat was dry as well. I would like to mention about the super professional of the staff at mutts & hounds for there quick response & helping me sort another order i made. Thanks so much.
