The wreath is nice but….

The wreath is nice but …. I had a few issues. I put based the wreath at full price and two days later it went on sale. I contacted customer service to inquire about a credit or refund and they would not honor the sale price. I had not even received the wreath yet. When I did receive it the box was totally torn up and there was no wrapping or anything around the wreath to protect it during shipping. I was very disappointed
