Beautiful frame.

I love the frame my only issue with it was three corners went together great the third one had a chip in the wood and slightly warped. I’m not sure if it was caused in shipping. With that said I use to own a frame shop so I repaired it without any problem. you’d never know it was slightly damaged. I did not use the corner pegs as I found them to be awkward and with such a fragile frame I didn’t want to force them in. I just used wood glue and it held fine.

The frame was great. The only issue I had was with the mounting hardware. The hardware I had didn’t work for my painting. When I messaged about the issue, I was told they didn’t have any that would work for my painting. It was a 4.5’x3’ painting more or less. After getting the response, there was no fix suggested or refund issued. It’s only a couple of dollars, but I’m not crazy about doing business with companies that take an “oh well, it sucks to be you” attitude on any matter no matter how trivial. The frame was great though. I will most likely continue to buy frames here. I will look elsewhere for my hardware In the future.

Beautiful frame

Ordered this frame for a botanical print. Everything was packaged well, and arrived in a timely manner. I would definitely order additional frames from them in the future.
