Terrible postage

I placed my order on 18/5/26 & after 2 weeks I contacted to find where my items were. Within 2 minutes of my email I received a reply stating that my order had been lost by the courier. Seems strange that according to the tracking it had never even left the warehouse. I was told that they would ship another out. To my surprise I checked to find that my item was out for delivery from Newcastle, which I am 8 hours away from. They were trying to deliver to another town with the same name as mine, but the postcode on my dispatch etc was correct. Finally after a month I received my item, it works fine but I won’t be ordering anything soon as not happy with delays.

Bought 4 of those for the 2 gates of my new fence. Work perfectly and look really nice at night. Shipment was also very quick. Not sure how long they will last but so far so good
