I ordered the JR Hack Attack, extended legs and softball conversion kit. It took over a month for everything to show up. When it did, everything was in clean, working condition. The only issue was they sent me a baseball conversion kit instead of the softball conversion kit. One week later, I had the softball conversion kit and return labels for the baseball conversion kit so I could send it back to them. So other than this small mistake and the slow delivery this was smooth and easy. Every time I reached out to Mario he responded within 24 hours or so and was always friendly and courteous. Would definitely order here again. PS this is the Covid supply crisis so that may have been a reason for slow shipping/delivery.
