Glass Kyusu Japanese Side Handle Teapot

The lid handle snapped off the first time I tried to clean it, and it didn't take much force for it to happen. I've super-glued it back once but it doesn't bond well to the glass and it broke off during use. I like the function of the teapot, but the lid handle seems to be poorly anchored.
