Missing one of the dividers. Emailed and customer service said they would mail out the missing folder. Received package and it was a small tube of oil for the zipper. Called back they said they would send me the right product, but couldn’t get me a grey one to match my bag. Only had blue and black since it was a replacement item, even though it was their error. I asked if they had included in the original order would it have been grey and they said yes, but since it was a replacement they could only offer blue or black. Based on the cost of this item, I’m a little surprised they couldn’t provide it in grey to match my bag
