Great! Had an issue with UPS and got a replacement immediately. Excellent customer service. They took care of my gift for my wife. The watch is perfect. The engraving was perfect. All around great experience.

I absolutely love the look of this watch!!! This is my second one, they are not water proof. Note to self: do not splash water, or wash dishes in it.
