Acid Smiley Earrings

Ordered this, a matching necklace, and white spuns buns nearly 3 weeks before a festival and received no updates aside from “shipping label created”. When I emailed multiple times I got no response and then furthermore got no response or update until I reached out again over Instagram. Then they told me that the shipping label was damaged so the item was sent back to them but again they told me this only after I had to reach out MYSELF over multiple platforms. They did throw in a stash scrunchie for the inconvenience however, the lack of communication was absolutely ridiculous.
