Buyer Beware

I ordered a chair on June 2nd. The first one arrived scratched and damaged due to poor packaging. The box had completely busted open in transit. Despite specifically requesting better packaging for the replacements, both the second and third chairs arrived the same way. They had broken through the box, were visibly damaged, and completely unusable. After the second incident, I asked for a partial refund and was given $30, which didn’t even cover the $80 I paid for shipping. When the third chair arrived damaged, customer service claimed this “hasn’t happened since August 2024,” and offered me the option to return it for a full refund or try my luck with a fourth shipment—with no guarantee the issue wouldn’t happen again. When I asked about packaging solutions, I was told, “We could repack it, but we don’t have any wood crates or anything that can reinforce or protect the chair in transit.” At the end of the day, they’re unable to deliver a $300+ chair (plus $80 shipping) in one piece, and they’ve made no real effort to fix the core issue. I can’t recommend ordering from them. It is now July 10 and I still don’t have a chair to use and this is delaying the opening of my business.
