I love this product and support it, the marker itself worked great i also got extra caps only issue i had was when twisting off the cap it didn't twist off it broke off .it wasnt twisting off as easily as explained in the video so maybe just badluck but ima still order another and hope i dont come across the same issue aside from that no complaints
