Great walking shoes, but they squeak

These size 10 X-Wide shoes fit my size 10 EE feet really well. With the addition of the thicker one of the two provided inserts and the plastic arch supports, they are comfortable and provide good support for my daily 3-mile walks. They also kept my feet dry during a walk in the rain. This review would have been a 5 star review, but the shoes started squeaking after 3 days. This seems to be a new manufacturing defect lately that wasn't happening a year ot two ago. I returned a pair of Avalons recently that had that same problem. The Avalons also weren't quite wide enough, but these Pacific Palisades are perfect. I just wish they didn't squeak.

Bought for rain at work so have not tested that option yet. The fit and feel are awesome Size 12/4E for this 73 yr old that still works walkiing around. Recived these within 4 days of ordering.

Pacific Palisades fit great

I normally wear 9.5 4E with other brand shoes but found that to be too wide with this shoe. The 9.5 wide (2E) was perfect. I haven’t found the need to use any of the included supports. Am using them for work 15,000 steps a day. Would recommend them but consider ordering different widths and returning the one that doesn’t fit as good. The first time I ordered the 4E and had to return it for the 2E. This is my second pair.
