NIV, Chronological Study Bible, Comfort Print: Holy Bible, New International Version

Just what I was needing to get deeper into the Word of God.

As I am in the midst of another chronological Bible reading, I have not yet delved into this one. I have, however, looked through it closely and am excited by all the historical explanations and narratives. I like explanatory blurbs that are inserted at crucial or confusing passages, and this Bible is full of those! Illustrated timelines are also very helpful, and dispersed throughout the OT. I look forward to reading it cover to cover!

The beginning is amazing! I know I’m going to love both. My friend loves his as the “best gift I’ve given him!”
