Never received order, fighting to get money refunded

I ordered the Taos hat and the Badlands hat at the end of May, and I have still not received them as of 27JUL2026. According to the tracking information, the package went to a facility on 5JUN and simply vanished off the face of the Earth. I have been in contact with customer service after noticing the package did not move for two weeks. By 1JUL, I told customer service to please either expedite me the package, or just issue me a refund. The customer service rep apologized and told me they would “escalate the issue to their manager to find and expedite the package, or issue me a refund.” It is now 27JUL, and I have not received my package, nor received a refund for my purchase. Again, the package has not moved since 5JUN. Looking at the review pages for this hat and others, it appears that other customers did not receive their orders as well. I can only assume something sketchy is going on at this point. The company has emailed me multiple times asking me to review the items I have yet to receive, so here is my experience. The hats do look lovely in the pictures, however.

It’s cool and all but….

It’s a cool hat, but sits weird, also it’s not like all of my other XL hats (I have 5 other hats all XL and fit) this one fits weird. I have to push it down on my head so it doesn’t wobble when I walk. And it’s not lose like side to side it’s front to back. But, I mean that’s my ONLY complaint. It’s a beautiful hat, well made just get a size smaller than you usually wear.
