Got 5 long sleeve shirts for working outside. I got them one size up yo be loose. Wearing these in the sun in South Texas is better than short sleeve anything. Im protected from the sun and much cooler. One i start sweating thr heat evens out and it does start to feel cool. I work full time in the sun or under s cover doing mechanic work and then yard work once a week also. Game changer for sure.
