Reliable Adapter, Minor Fit Adjustment Needed

The adapter does what it promises. Installation is easy, and the video is good. However, due to tolerances, I had to install a thin washer to get the adapter tightened with the nut that came with it. Without the washer, there was less than 1 mm of play in the adapter. The Velobike staff responded quickly to emails and helped resolve the looseness issue.
