I ordered a new drinking water cartridge and I installed it and water was pouring out of it much too my horror! Quick email to Jorden and he knew exactly what was going on or not so to speak, next day in the post an O ring with clear instructions what to do and bingo done and so simple. Thanks again

Water softener cartridge

The product arrived in good time and was very straightforward to replace and insert the cartridge. Once you let the water filter run sufficiently enough to clear the sludge, it's tastes all clear and fresh. I would therefore have no hesitation in recommending this to family/friends alike who are considering investing in a water softener, as it would be a great investment in the long-term.
