Great starter set, I’d never really heard of steel bending but saw this whilst in the GOG website and thought I’d give it a go. Since then I’ve definitely got the steel bending bug, and am hoping to certify on the 5 star very soon. If you’re not sure or just want to see what it’s about this set is perfect to get you started, give it a go and see what all the fuss is about.

Find your level.

All about functional fitness with me. Then I figured how strong is my grip now. After leaving some colleagues in awe at times just ripping something off, adjusting something or sometimes just looking on top of a roof without ladders. This is a nail bending set. I’ll have to get past level 3 in the rods before I can bend one of those nails. I was mistaken, the nails are about the same as the 2Star. A decent set to find your standard and the nails are fun to show off and share with friends. Would have liked a technique guide rather than a booklet on wrapping.
