Works like a dream

I am a big fan of NM Hatch Chile after living in NM for several years. When I saw there was a way I could authentically roast chile living all the way across the country I couldn’t resist. This is amazing to roast everything from chile to garden extras for other recipes. The craftsmanship and packaging on this are also handcrafted and next level. Well worth the wait to get this incredible roaster.
