Good snack on the go, but a little after taste

I really like those waffles, but my girlfriend don't like them. I gave it depend on your taste. It have a more pronounce after taste that the one with berries.

Taste Good but poor carb to calorie ratio

Overall they are great but with 7g of fat per serving and only 16g of carbs they don’t make for amazing mid effort fuel. Great for hiking or pre workout snack
