Different Wicks

I tried the sample 730 wicks and they were great. I ordered a bigger bag of the 730s and got different wicks. They were much larger and coated in a yellowish wax. Burned very different. I reached out to Angie but never got a resolution. I ordered from another supplier and the wicks were just like the original 730 sample wicks I tried. My assumption is that the wrong wicks were in the bag or perhaps mislabeled. It’s a shame because I had great customer service previously.
