Beautiful surprise

My sixteen year old granddaughter was ecstatic when I gave her this ring at her big sixteenth day. The quality shows brightly on finger. My granddaughter wear it to school and all her friends were trying it on.

Amazing design and beautiful but fragile

So it came in and was beautiful for sure, but the topaz gem part is loose. The other ring that was the same (my current one is a replacement) lost the main topaz gem after 3 days. So it seems to just not be in correctly or something. It shouldn't move so much. Upside is that the ring really is georgeus.
