Horrible customer service. I didn’t receive a copy after all, even though I paid $50 and waited months for any kind of shipping notification. When I contacted her team I was told there was nothing I could do and I couldn’t get a refund. I’m a big snoh fan so to see her team be so unhelpful and uncooperative was very disappointing. Would not recommend
