I ordered this as a gift for her birthday an sadly it didn’t make the trip but Disney was amazing an when I explained what happened an that I didn’t get it they sent another one with no charge to me an she still got it on time so I was very satisfied with they’re service & the quality of it is great we did use a different chain for the necklace but the design of the Pearl is what she loved the most
