Vibrant color
I bought black and it is exactly what I needed. You don't have to saturate the icing with color to achieve black.

Good consistency
Enco color gel is thick enough that it doesn’t thin out my mixes. Also it isn’t so thick that I can’t smoothly incorporate it into mousse and frosting.
