I have always had great experiences with the swim fabric from the the Fabric Fairy. This is the perfect weight, with a great stretch recovery. I made leggings, swimsuits and skirts with this material and all look great. Buying fabric online can be so difficult, and I did find that this was a bit lighter than I anticipated. I was expecting more of a charcoal from the picture, but it is in fact labeled correctly as a steel.
