Quality of yarn and instructions

It’s been many years since I’ve used your product. My mother used it as well. We were very happy with the products then but I feel that is not the case anymore. I found the yarn to be less than quality and the instructions have also declined. Makes me sad. I used to love and recommend it. Not anymore
