I ordered about 40 drawer pulls. What I received was perfect. Great quality, quickly delivered. What really impressed me, however, was the service. I was sent two pulls that were the wrong size. I dropped an email and the correct ones were mailed to me IMMEDIATELY; no questions asked. In my mind, everyone makes occasional mistakes.
