Exquisite Baby Blanket Pattern

Pattern poorly written. Had to frog twice already as i dont think my stitches are correct and pattern does not give good details on where to put stitches.

It’s a beautiful baby blanket, but I was wondering if it’s an intermediate pattern which I like easy understanding on a pattern, I’ll get back at ya if I was able to understand it or not. Thank you! Im not an advance crocheter.
