Bad pattern formatting from Mary Maxim

The only problem with this pattern and I suspect with other Mary Maxim patterns is the format they use to send it. It cuts off the first couple of stitches on the left side. I tried printing it using the landscape settings but then it cut off a couple of rows at the bottom. I had to copy and paste the two bottom rows into a word doc. A lot of hassle for a pattern
