I ordered 3 at the same time as gifts. I also spoke to customer service with hope they would arrive by the birthdays. Not only did they arrive they were all amazing and a perfect gift for my mother in law and husband!

Looks great! Better than expected!!! Unfortunately for me, the couple broke up that I bought it for...wish there was a way to fill in the names and just have it say welcome!
