I bought what I thought was the perfect gift for my future daughter-in-law. When I received my order, I had second thoughts about part of it. It was exactly what I ordered, but it was not quite right. I contacted customer service, and without a question, they sent me a mailing label, at no cost to me, to return part of my order and exchange it for something else. I just heard from them this morning, and my exchange is on the way just in time for the Engagement party.
