Customer Service and quality is not as good

First of all, there is a glitch on the website. The price after you added the products to the cart became higher than it originally showed on the item page. I reached out to the customer service and they didn't come back to me in time. Secondly, I received the product. It's not as good as it was described. it's quite easy for the bub to pull them out. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend it.

Great shoes

They are easy to slip on, my daughter walks in them with ease. I love that I can wash them regularly.
