Customer Service

I was extremely impressed with the excellent customer service I received when placing my latest order! I didn’t spend a large amount of money as I just wanted to get a few small gifts for my boyfriend. I couldn’t figure out how to order without overnight shipping costs. I sent an email and was answered quickly. A new invoice was sent to me with the reduced shipping charge. The person was super friendly and responsive! My order has since arrived! Last year we placed a large order for King Crab legs - they were excellent!! Will be ordering again after the first of the year!! Thanks so much!!
