Great customer service!

The shoes are beautifully made, and the customer service is excellent! I received personal emails to verify my shipping address (I live in a remote location) and my preferences for my hand-made shoes. I got the sense that AI and chat bots will never be a thing at this company - every interaction I had was with a real person!

Not sure which is more incredible; the shoes or the customer service. When my first pair was too small, they helped me with an exchange with no problems. The shoes are beautiful and comfortable and handmade just for me! I'm in love and can't wait to order another pair!
