We source tart Montmorency cherries from Payson Fruit Growers, whose orchards are nourished by winter snow run-off and located just an hour from our factory. With dried cherries sprinkled on top of our 70% vanilla dark chocolate blend, this is a bar that’s hard to put down. Best enjoyed with laughter, good music, and great company.

We are among a small handful of chocolatiers sourcing single origin chocolate from around the world that you likely won't see anywhere else. Rare varietals of fair and direct trade cacao from small family farms. Grab a few and taste the amazing notes that different soils and climates produce! All dark bars are vegan as there are no animal products in the ingredients. We do use shared equipment so there may be trace amounts of dairy.
