I would like to send my internal gratitude to Josiah Ivery. He helped resolve an issue I have tried to resolve the past three (3) months. I was working through emails with another member of you company; however, that went to Radio Silence on his part, even when I kept explaining your company didn’t send the correct items. I write a complaint two days ago on your website, and was surprised to see Josiah answered my complaint on July 1st at 6:00 AM in the morning. He then followed- up with a phone call around 9:00 AM. He proceeded to apologize that I had gone so long without the issue being resolved correctly. I explained the whole issue, and he told me I am here to ensure this will get resolved and I will keep you informed as I work through until I can provide a tracking number with special care in protecting the items as well. I want your company to know, his attitude in providing, “Customer Service,” is the example all of your employees should learn as he showed compassion for my concern and explained he would follow thought until I was happy with the results. I came home today, July 2nd in the afternoon and found your company had shipped the part I needed and finally with quality control provided this time. All pieces were wrapped up so they would not rattle in the box and in prefect condition. If this fine gentleman worked for me, I would promote him to supervisor in the quality control department, he has the attitude to help a business grow. I have been a Structural Engineer for fifty years, and the one thing I stressed to all my employees was without a good customer service program and a good ear to listen, we would not be in business very long. In summary, it was a joy work with Josiah Ivery, and if I need help in the future, he is the one I will only work with, as he cares about his job. Sincerely; Preston Maseda
