Connoisseur's Tea Selection Box

The tea I have bought from you is delicious and the person who received the selection box I sent was really delighted with the gift (and she really knows her teas). I can’t fault your product and the presentation is lovely too. My only feedback is to do with the communications and the website - I sent two emails with questions about products that I wanted to buy and have never received responses. I made a guess instead and luckily it worked out ok, but I would worry about how I would be able to communicate any changes or problems with an order. I also thought I would be able to add a gift note and gift receipt to the box I sent, but there was no option or reference to this when buying online. I was worried that the recipient would get a receipt and know how much I had spent, and only found out from her directly that it had been left out. This was thoughtful and the handwritten message from you was also a very nice touch, but I was unaware that would happen as the gift giver. Some more clarity and reassurance around that would be good. I would also say that it’s not very clear on the website what you get for the extra money for the deluxe gift package. Some extra written information and photographs there would be helpful. So all in all I will be ordering from you again, and hope to become a regular customer as I really rate your product and what you do, but would just love to have more successful direct contact with the brand in the ordering process.
