Too sensitive to phone positioning

My phone doesn't have a magsafe charge design and it is very difficult to position the phone correctly on the pad to get it to charge. When first placed, the phone shows that it is charging and the indicator light is solid. After a few minutes though, the indicator starts to blink and the phone stops charging. I have other wireless chargers and they do no have this problem.

This is a great product and performs exactly as promoted. Handles two iPhones or one iPhone and my AirPods. And the charge is very fast. What's more, the company is environmentally conscious, and not only uses recycled materials for the manufacture of the charging pad, but provided a bag for old chargers for our old iPhones. Bravo!
