I got a pair of these earrings with green emeralds a few years ago. I loved them, but a few months ago, disaster struck -- I lost one of the earrings! I was devastated, they were my favourite earrings. So, I asked my mum for a replacement pair for my birthday. Jana and Ross were both brilliant to deal with. I rang the studio enquiring after the green emeralds and when I told Ross the saga of losing one of the original earrings, he offered me a replacement, price adjusted of course. He also offered to shine up the surviving earring if I sent it to him so that it matched the new replacement. All this took less than a week, and I was very happy to be reunited with my snake earrings. Thank you so much Jana and Ross, excellent customer service and beautiful, unique jewellery.

They were okay but you really can’t see the diamonds, they are so tiny. I expected something more unique/special, especially for the price!
