Double H Men's Robert 12" Steel Toe USA Made Arch Guard 7 Western Work Boot- 2282

The boots are hurting my toes because of the toe cap they have. When I walk, the upper part of my toes gets bothered since the metal hits me. I am not satisfied with the product; I am using them to see if I can adapt and not feel that discomfort, but the internal toe cap remains uncomfortable. What can I do about it? They cost me quite a bit, and I would like to return them to get a pair without toe caps. I would appreciate your prompt response.
