A star for easy application and color. Another star for a nontoxic eyeliner. Zero star for everything else about it. I was really putting my hope into finding the right nontoxic eyeliner. Most of everything else I use are all nontoxic and eyeliner is one of the last thing. A few minutes into having it on… if I blink at all, it somehow smears onto my undereye. So odd! I wipe my under eye clean and it keeps happening again. I look like a raccoon! Im not mad, just very disappointed. I wasted money.

This works VERY well for the upper lash line as it’s soft enough to go on smoothly but not too soft that it doesn’t hold a tip.
It doesn’t stay long on my lower lids. Set it with powder shadow. (That’s normal for me, especially with natural liners.)
I do underlining, then press the liner into the lash line with a clean finger or small brush, which makes a nice smudged line and cleans up the water line so it doesn’t get in my eyes.
