Coffee is overpriced but okay; packaging is lousy.

Coffee is okay. It's just not worth the premium price. Great coffee. I'd give the coffee alone a 5/5. Additionally, your new bags are not good. Of the three bags I received, only two opened properly (the pull tab failed on the third). On that third bag, I had to cut away the "zip lock" feature and there as not enough bag left to fold over and seal tightly. Additionally, even when probably closed, the zip lock features does not seem to provide a good seal. The new bags are an epic fail in my book and are likely to have me end my subscription.
