'DETENTE' Sacred Heart Necklace

I ordered this necklace after admiring it for months; when I received it, it appeared to be "used" and was tarnished. Customer service reached out to me immediately and apologized and sent a replacement which I just received and it's beautiful. The customer service is excellent and I'll buy from Ibiza again because of their proactive response and taking care of this! Simply fantastic!

I debated about this necklace for a long time; while I love the necklace and the design, mine arrived tarnished like it had been left out on display for months. The Link connections were all black and tarnished.. for the price I would’ve expected better. Also, the heart is smaller than it looks in the photos. Disappointed to say the least it’s almost like I was sent a used necklace.

I thought the chain was 18”, but it’s 18” to the bottom of the heart I guess. I’ve had to add an extender… which is t ideal, but I like enough to keep.
