Poor experience
I ordered a gift card in the morning on Father's Day as a last minute gift, and it was SIX HOURS later after multiple attempts to reach a customer service representative that I actually received the digital gift card. The AI Chat bot that was "helping" me with my issue completely did not understand the issue I was having and I ended up contacting STIX via email to try and get some support. Eventually the gift card came through....slow servers?? Not a good experience.
