The service was excellent but unfortunately the handbag ruined my dress as it rubbed on the side of the dress a snagged the material. Such a shame as it is pretty.

I was struggling to get a colour match for my outfit, but Michelle couldn’t have been more helpful. She asked for photos of my outfit and shoes and bent over backwards to help me find the right match. She let me try lots of different products and nothing was too much trouble. Fabulous company.
